SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING, PAN-INDIA
The price shown on every product page is the final price. GST is included and shipping is free — nothing is added at checkout.

TIMELINES

• Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

• Most orders reach you within 4–6 working days of ordering. Remote PIN codes may take a little longer
• Our dry fruits are packed in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, and dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

TRACKING
As soon as your order ships, you receive a tracking link by email. If your package hasn't arrived within the expected window, write to us and we'll chase the courier for you.

PAYMENTS
Cash on Delivery is available across India on orders up to ₹5,000. For orders above ₹5,000, please use UPI, card, or net banking.

PACKAGING
Every order leaves us in sealed, food-grade packaging designed to protect freshness in transit. If the seal or packaging arrives damaged, our Refund & Replacement Policy applies — contact us within 7 days with photos.
