WHO WE ARE
Aurafyn is an India-based premium dry fruits brand. We are an FSSAI-licensed food business — Lic. No. 22725925002232. Registered office & operations: Raipur, Chhattisgarh; packing: Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.

PRODUCTS & INFORMATION
Our products are natural agricultural produce. Size, colour, and appearance can vary slightly from batch to batch and from photographs — that variation is natural and not a defect. Nutritional and wellness information on this site is general educational content, not medical advice; consult your doctor for individual dietary needs.

ORDERS & PRICING
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — any amount paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.

SHIPPING, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and refunds/replacements by our Refund & Replacement Policy, both published on this site and forming part of these terms.

PAYMENTS
Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment partners. We never store your card details. Cash on Delivery is available across India.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site — text, photography, branding, and design — belongs to Aurafyn and may not be reproduced without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurafyn's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
Grievance contact: Swati Meher (Founder) — connect@aurafyn.com. Grievances are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days, per the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh have exclusive jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction.
